Schüssler Salts

Mineral salts are essential for life: from macro minerals such as calcium, chlorine, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, and magnesium, to micro minerals such as cobalt, copper, zinc, fluoride, iron, manganese, selenium, and iodine. All of them are present in most foods and are involved in the formation of human body tissues, in the elaboration of hormones, and control of various organic functions through a regulating action. In addition, they are responsible for moving water in the body and protecting against certain toxic substances, and some have an antioxidant action that fights aging.

Schüssler salts are salts present in our body prepared in dilutions to improve the health of our tissues. Bach Flowers

Bach flowers, discovered by Dr. Edward Bach (Bach Flowers®), are used to help manage emotions in a variety of daily situations and circumstances. These flowers come from trees or wild plants that are harvested once by hand, then forming a natural essence (38 in total). Every essence responds to some emotion or feeling. The purpose of Bach Flowers is to help you enjoy good health, working from the root of the problem, where we find emotional factors such as depression, anxiety, trauma, fear, loneliness, despair, stress, depression, and obsessions, among others. It is also possible to use these essences preventively in moments of great fatigue when you feel out of shape.

In the first session, we carry out a self-knowledge exercise, and through the questions I will identify which floral essence is best for you. It will also be necessary to follow up, as each one of us is a different world. You may notice the results of the Bach Flower Remedies and begin to feel like you again immediately, but sometimes you may have to wait a little longer to appreciate their effects. You will complete a Nutrition Health Assessment to then analyze which areas of health, and your lifestyle are compromising your physical, mental, and spiritual health to create the necessary protocols for you to achieve optimal health applied to the 6 pillars of the health.
