Holistic Healing
Reiki
Reiki therapy is a type of energy healing technique. A person’s life force energy, or “chi,” can be tapped into to promote physical and emotional well-being. During a Reiki session, I will place my hands above or lightly on the body in various positions while channeling the energy. The goal of the treatment is to restore balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. Reiki helps with a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, physical pain, and chronic illnesses.
Mikao Usui developed Reiki in the early 1900s, deriving the term from the Japanese words Rei, meaning “universal,” and Ki, which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Now, Reiki is used all over the world, including hospitals and hospices, to complement other forms of health treatments.
*An in-person, typical Reiki healing therapy lasts 60-90 minutes.
* In a full-body session, the client is lying on a table fully clothed.
*Short sessions can also be given to address a particular problem, where the client can be sitting on a chair or lying on a table, it last 30 minutes
*Because Reiki energy is not limited by time and distance, long-distance healings can also be given without the client being present. The treatment lasts up to 50 minutes.
Depending on the level of imbalance, stress, or illness in a person, a series of sessions may be needed to fully restore balance. Four consecutive sessions are recommended if addressing a specific health problem. After these four sessions, you can attend to as many as needed until a problem will be solved.
Connected
Best recommended for those who are unable to receive reiki in person. Another great way to receive Reiki in the comfort of your own space. I will do chakra reading, followed by a Reiki session, ending with a channeled message for you, and thus begin to connect with your universe.
Remote Reiki serves to transmit energy to people who are not present and unblock life situations that are yet to be resolved. In fact, not only can Reiki be worked on at a spatial distance, but also at a temporal level. For example, we can send energy to specific moments in our past life (an event that marked us) or the future (a project that we have in development). The potential of this tool is immense, like the possibilities of our consciousness. Distance reiki is effective because it is based on a movement of energies that go beyond physical contact. Everything in the universe is connected to each other and for this reason, with the proper tools, skills, and knowledge, energy can move and reach wherever we want to send it.
Meditation
The concept of “meditation” may be familiar to us, but that doesn’t mean we fully understand what it entails. When some people think about meditation, they imagine retreats in faraway places, not in their own living rooms. Millions of people around the world practice meditation, but for many, the practice still seems too exotic for real life.
This may be because meditation is not “one thing.” It is a concept used to refer to a family of different activities that involve the mind and body. What these activities share is focused concentration. During a meditation practice, we try to achieve a state of awareness of our thoughts and feelings, and a connection with ourselves and our environment. Over time, a meditation practice is a great way to improve focus and concentration, reduce stress and anxiety, improve sleep, and increase self-awareness and overall well-being. Meditation can also help reduce symptoms of depression, chronic pain, and high blood pressure. Meditation is a powerful tool that can help you improve your focus, reduce stress, and experience peace.
But for many people, getting started with meditation can be overwhelming. That’s where I will guide you with tools designed to help you get started with meditation and make it a regular part of your life.
