Group Reiki

Group Reiki Healing experience is meant to support you and your well-being. With the world so full of uncertainty, stress, and fear, many of us might be feeling the weight of the collective energy and the challenges and stress of day-to-day life. Group Reiki is an opportunity to enter sacred space and receive healing and restorative Reiki energy. These sessions are perfect for anyone who would like to experience energy healing and mindfulness in a budget-conscious way and in the company of friends and family. Each session will begin with a short meditation, and then each person will receive a mini-Reiki energy healing treatment. You can think of this as an energetic “tune-up”.

Because it’s in a group setting, there isn’t much time to individually assess any imbalances that you may be experiencing at the current time and what’s driving it (which is typically done in a private session). However, if you know what’s going on, feel free to mention it to me at the start of the class so that I can concentrate on your mini-Reiki treatment in the respective areas.

A Group Reiki session usually accommodates 6-12 people (depending on the location).

Couples Reiki

Couples Reiki is not limited to romantic relationships, it can be tailored for any two people – to have a unique shared experience between friends or family members, and repair and strengthen any relationship.

Energy healing can release emotional blocks, cut ties to old energies (including people and situations), and allow forgiveness. It can bring feelings of peace, lightness, joy and love. Reiki itself enhances greater self-awareness and connectedness, which are key components of any healthy relationship.

Consider Couples Reiki if you would like to deepen your bond, celebrate a special occasion, birthday, if you are expecting, loss of loved ones, miscarriage, or in the lead up to your wedding, you name them.
